Return Policy
Generally, all items will be shipped within 72 business hours of receiving your payment and tracking number will be provided. ondition with tag and unworn except for try on purpose.
Notes:
Postage and handling fee (Include the free shipping items)  is not refundable as well as insurance cost if there is any.(eg: If you bought one free shipping item from us ,and for some reason you are not satisfied with it and want to return ,then the shipping fee will be deducted from credits,eventhough it is free shipping.). Buyer will pay all the postage for return or exchange, including the tax fee that caused if any.

A claim must be made via email within 48 hours of receiving the garment and returned within 5 days (as post date). Any purchase more than 2 weeks is strictly not exchangeable or refundable.
We inspected each dress to confirm the correct style, color, and size. We also inspect all the beading, embroidery, the hems and seams as well before we dispatch the dress

Color Differ: Because all the styles you see posted on our site are ready made items, so it only have one picture color each style, it is the same color as the pictures you see . Sometimes it seems to be different. That is because we take the pictures outside or different PC screen shown. Please take care: we don't accept any refund that claims the color of dress doesn't match the picture. If you concern with the color, please contact us for more details before purchasing.
Size problem: Pls select the correct size before buying, if you dont know how to measure yourself, pls contact our customer service for help. We 'll confirm the size with you by email before purchasing. Please take care: we are not responsible for any incorrect size choice.
